2. What Data We Collect

We collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics 4. This includes:

• App opens and session duration
• Game events (game started, puzzle completed, number of moves, time to solve)
• Feature usage (picture mode vs. number mode, tab views)
• Device type and operating system (iOS or Android)
• General location (country/region level only — not precise location)
• App version

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Photos or images you use in the puzzle — these never leave your device
• Precise location
• Any information that identifies you personally

3. Photos and Images

If you upload a photo to use as the puzzle image, that photo is processed entirely on your device. It is never uploaded to any server, never shared with third parties, and is not included in any analytics data. Your photos stay on your device only.

4. How We Use the Data

The anonymous analytics data we collect is used solely to:

• Understand how players use the app so we can improve it
• Identify crashes or errors
• Measure which features are most useful

We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data. Google Analytics operates under Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. Google may process data on servers outside your country.

We do not use any advertising networks, social SDKs, or other third-party tracking services.

6. Data Retention

Google Analytics retains event data for 14 months by default. We do not retain any personal data ourselves because we do not collect any.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. If you are located in the EU/EEA or California and have specific questions about your rights under GDPR or CCPA, please contact us at support@kni-services.com.

You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection by using your device's standard privacy controls:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for this app
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

8. Children's Privacy

This app is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy — for example when in-app purchases or new data collection are added — we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
